Q: How do I track my order?

Q: What’s your return policy for gifts?
A: Unopened gifts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. The gifter will receive store credit (we’ll notify them via email).

Q: Can I wash my pillow?
A: Machine-washable pillows have a care tag with instructions. Generally:

  • Down/alternative: Gentle cycle, dry with tennis balls

  • Memory foam: Spot clean only

Q: Are ornaments durable for outdoor trees?
A: Only those marked "Weather-Resistant" (stainless steel/glazed ceramic). Others are for indoor use only.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What now?
A: Email photos to [email protected]   within 30 days for a free replacement. No return needed for damaged items.
