Order Processing Timeline
All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday) will enter our processing queue that same day. Processing includes inventory verification, gift wrapping, and quality checks, and typically takes 1-2 business days to complete. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Expedited Shipping Options
For faster delivery, select an expedited shipping method at checkout. Please note that this expedites the transit time only; the order processing time outlined above still applies. Expedited orders placed on weekends will begin processing on Monday.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal (e.g., UPS, FedEx). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Aria Handcrafted Gifts cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Any such incidents must be reported directly to the local shipping carrier and/or your local authorities for investigation. We are happy to provide any necessary documentation to assist you.
Returned to Sender
Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of acceptance will be held at our warehouse. We will contact you via the email address on file to arrange for re-shipping (which will incur additional shipping fees) or to process a refund for the merchandise, minus the original shipping costs.
