Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Schedule
    Orders submitted prior to 5 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will be prepared within two business days, subject to inventory verification and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will commence processing the following workday.

    Expedited Delivery Option
    Choose the Expedited Delivery option at checkout for accelerated shipment. Please be aware that weekend orders with expedited service start processing on Mondays.

    Shipping Address Corrections
    For any errors in your shipping details, please immediately reach out to us at [email protected]. Modifications to delivery addresses cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.

    Shipment Monitoring
    Upon dispatch, you'll obtain a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking identifier to follow your package's journey.

    Missing or Misplaced Deliveries
    We cannot assume liability for parcels that go missing or are taken after successful delivery. Any such incidents should be reported directly to USPS for resolution.

    Returned and Rejected Shipments
    Any packages that are returned unclaimed or declined by recipients will be redirected back to our facility. We'll contact you by email to discuss potential resending arrangements.
